Usage : cast 'ultrablast' [target]

This spell attempts to mind-fry the victim, possibly stunning and causing
confusion.

This spell unleashes the evil upon an unsuspecting
victim. This spell is only effective if the target is good.

Usage : cast 'vitalize mana' [self only]
Duration : Instantaneous
This spell converts all the caster's movement into mana.
Usage : cast 'vocalize' [target]
Duration : Level Dependant
This spells allows the victim to speak. This allows casters to cast spells
while under water and will cancel a silence spell.

Usage : cast 'wall of fire or iron'
Duration : A while :)
This spell creates a wall of said element effectively blocking off all
entrances and exits from the room. You can't leave and they can't get in.
Usage : cast 'wall of fog'
Duration : A while :)
This spell creates a cloud of fog in the room which obscures everyone's vision.
Usage : cast 'wall of fire or iron'
Duration : A while :)
This spell creates a wall of said element effectively blocking off all
entrances and exits from the room. You can't leave and they can't get in.
Usage: cast 'water breath' [target]
Duration: Level Dependant
This spell gives you the ability to breath under water. If this spell
wears off while you are still under water then you can't move.
Usage : cast 'water walk' [self only]
Duration : 24 Hours
NOTE : Only available on objects
This spell allows the victim to walk over the water, thus not needing a
boat.
Usage : cast 'weaken' [target]
Duration : Instant
This spell weakens the victim, reducing their strength.
Usage : cast 'whirlwind' [target]
Duration : Instant
This spell unleashes a small tornado directed at the victim.
Usage : cast 'word of recall'
Duration : Instantaneous
The caster will be transferred back to his hometown sanctuary.
